Our candles are made of coconut soy wax, which is a natural and eco-friendly blend. This wax burns cleanly and evenly, providing a longer-lasting and healthier option compared to traditional paraffin wax.

Please note, coconut wax candles are special in that they are not meant to achieve a full melt pool on the first couple of burns. It is completely normal to have a little bit of hang up on the sides of your jar. The wax will catch up midway through your candle. This ensures that you experience the best, cleanest burn while maintaining a safe candle.

Always trim your wick 1/8" to 1/4" long prior to lighting. If flame is larger that usual, blow out your candle, trim and light again immediately. Burn in 4 hour (For 8 oz. candles) or 2 hour (For 4 oz. candles) intervals only.

Never leave a candle lit all day or overnight as this can cause your jar to crack due to high temperatures. Please do not leave candles unattended. Candles are cheaper than therapy, unless you burn your house down.

With proper care and trimming, our 8 oz. candles can burn between 50-60 hours. Our 4 oz. candles can burn between 20-25 hours.

Our room sprays are crafted with high-quality fragrances that are phthalate & paraben free. We chose our ingredients carefully to ensure that they are body and linen safe.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and ensure that our ingredients are sourced ethically.

Good Laundry is a concentrated scent booster designed to give your laundry a dose of freshness and fragrance. We personally like to throw in a laundry pod or unscented detergent for those loads that need more attention. We savor the smell of freshly laundered clothes and often hang dry our delicates. Definitely try this!

Your order will be hand packed with love within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year. Orders placed during the summer will be shipped Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure that your candles aren't sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Returns are only accepted for damaged products. We'll happily replace the item with the exact item. This is extremely rare, but if it does happen please reach out to hello@goodolfactorycandles.com within 14 days.
